Exchange policy
Our policy lasts 14 days for exchange within Sri Lanka. The exchange period for orders outside of Sri Lanka is 30 days from the delivered date.
Tags and bills must remain intact for the exchange to be possible. Items received should be unused and undamaged. The return delivery fee is paid by the buyer. Exchange is accepted at our Flagship store (Kalubowila) call+94 112 730 777.
