Our policy lasts 14 days for exchange within Sri Lanka. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Rest of the countries exchange period 30 days
Our policy lasts 30 days for exchange outside of Sri Lanka. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The price tag should still be intact
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where exchange will not be accepted such as:
Clothes with obvious signs of use
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect item was sent. In this case the courier charge will be borne by JEZZA. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 7A, 1 Hospital Road, Dehiwala LK 10350
If you want to exchange an item to a different colour, size or item due to a change of mind, then the courier cost should be borne by the customer. The item that you wish to exchange can be sent to : 7A, 1 Hospital Road, Dehiwala LK 10350
Items can also be exchanged at the physical JEZZA outlets closest to you. please make sure to produce your bill (email invoice) at the time of exchange. Please note if theres are signs of usage or missing tags the item will not be exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 10,000/=, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
