A little message from the JEZZA Family
With increasing Government guidance around how to stay safe, we wanted to keep you up to date with what we are doing as a business to protect you and all of our wonderful colleagues, and show that although we are going through unprecedented time, we are working together to keep our distance whilst staying connected.
Everyone based at head office such as the accounts department are working from home.
Our Customer Service team is set up remotely, and is available to support you 24/7 with any queries via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, email and even on calls through our hotline number +94773444602.
The warehouse team are working with a 2-meter distancing policy, which is enabled through reduced staffing across shifts, staggered start and finish times and staggered breaks which we are flexible with to support our colleague's requests. We have spaced out all workstations where your JEZZA order is packed and have deployed extra deep cleaning sessions across all areas of the warehouse.
We work with a reputed third-party courier service that also practices social distancing. On collection, they choose a safe place for your order, maintain the social distancing rules for both you and their drivers and also discard the outer package upon receiving the order.
Orders & Returns
Taking into consideration the safety of our customers and staff, a directive from the management was taken to temporarily halt all the exchanges of products.
Delivery times will be kept up to date on site and you will be shown an estimated delivery period at checkout before placing an order. Please bear in mind that due to the prevailing situation the delivery period may vary but we will try our best to stick to the standard delivery period.
