I saw this skirt in the dehiwala outlet and wanted to buy it. The skirt’s zip was damaged, and still I wanted to buy it, so I could change the zip using extra money from my hand. Apparently, when I asked this from the sales girl, she quickly grabbed the skirt and kept it aside and stated “this needs to be sent to the office.” Due to this, you guys just lost a customer and revenue too. The customer service (the girl who did the billing process) was terrible and did not know how to handle customers, the tone was quite rude and no one was even there in the billing area. I had to search for them 😂. I recommend Jezza to hire people by teaching and training sales workers on how to handle customers and on how to behave. Even though the products were good, due to the terrible service, I will never recommend this to any of my friends.
